We r only n town 3/4 months. Really still getting acclimated to Huntington but sushi is our favorite food next to waffle house. I know, opposite ends of the food spectrum. The lady (I'm gonna assume owner) and her husband have a delicious place here. I can actually taste the seaweed wrap which I love! It was fresh and satisfying. Our top 5 we have had in 15 states! Kudos.

Wife wanted sushi after our son was born, and we absolutely loved it, bought four rolls and General tsos, the General Tsos was as it should be, spicy, and it was delicious. Highly recommended. And it's literally prime location, right outside the window of labor and delivery

Lo mein chicken is amazing. Teriyaki shrimp amazing. Very well prepared. Great taste. Really enjoyed this place. Huge portions. The staff is courteous.

Listen when I say for sushi, this place is top two but not two. Get the Fuji Roll and WV Roll.

Some of the best sushi I’ve had. Best take-out sushi. It’s as good or better than Taste of Asia’s sushi and is more affordable so why wouldn’t you eat Fuji Express? Personally I recommend any of the special rolls but my personal favorites would have to be the: Volcano Roll Fuji Roll Huntington Roll Godzilla Roll Tokyo Roll Pretty much any roll that has tempura shrimp or tuna is excellent but if you don’t like those, just try one of the others. For around 10 you’re getting a specialty roll that would be 14-18 in some restaurants. This is a great place for sushi newbies to figure out what they do and don’t like.

Amazing! It’s tied to the restaurant in Ashland. That made my heart flutter with joy! The staff were so nice, too. I ordered plain noodles or Lo mein, and it was delicious. I had to go get seconds to take home.
